Short-listing, Touch base telephonic interview, Scheduling Interviews and Employee Fitment

Preparing monthly HR report for the location and submitting to the Country Head - HR.
Record of the Absentees, Late coming and Overtime details of the employees.
Manpower productivity: Reconciliation, Non Compliance of the bio-enable matrix system, manpower
planning on the site, monitoring the daily attendance report and tracking with the maintenance schedule
received from the department.
Organizing employee engagement events and activities.
• Organizational Development – Strategy
Conduct one to one with Head of Departments (HODs) for understanding the SWOT of each department
with respect to forthcoming challenges and existing skill-set. Make strategy for filling the gaps, finalize
action plans aligned with HODs and then following it up. Sum it up for representing SWOT of the
organization structure of the Plant.
Studying individual’s past career roadmap. Involved with HODs in the process of Performance Appraisal
for Officers and Non Officers. Ensure that it is aligned with the agreed strategy and fills the weakness of the
Department.
Understanding the training need of the employees as per their Individual Developmental Plan.
Organizing the required training sessions and mapping in the training calendars. Co-coordinating and
mobilizing people for attending the trainings and measure its effectiveness.
Assessment of retiral’s replacement and its planning
Analyzing the overtime and root causes. Making action plans to overcome the skill set deficiency or
advising relevant resource to address it, and monitor it.
• General Administration
Maintain accurate filing system of the Official documents as per the requirement.
Handling confidential letters & Inter – Office documentation.
Directly coordinating with various HOD’s on day-today & follow up on pending issues.
Overall coordination within departments for organizing events and activities.
• Participated in Various Projects of different functions
Inventory Management System – objective of the project was to reduce the spare inventory with longer
shelf life (slow moving items), review the categories of the items on the basis of frequency of utilization
and future requirement, to understand and administer the movement of the inventory and reduce the
inventory value. In addition, identify the non-moving items.
Map Plants KPI with the BU and Excom Member (Functional) KPIs. I was the member of KPI Audit Team
to measure the alignment and measure whether these are measurable or not. Ensure that it is represented in
respective cross functional department’s KPI too.
Preparation of forms and letters for timely renewal of the Factory License.
