Energy efficiency has been important since the latter part of the last century. The main object of this survey is to determine the energy efficiency knowledge among consumers. Two separate districts in Bangladesh are selected to conduct the survey on households and showrooms about the energy and seller also. The survey uses the data to find some regression equations from which it is easy to predict energy efficiency knowledge. The data is analyzed and calculated based on five important criteria. The initial target was to find some factors that help predict a person's energy efficiency knowledge. From the survey, it is found that the energy efficiency awareness among the people of our country is very low. Relationships between household energy use behaviors are estimated using a unique dataset of about 40 households and 20 showrooms in Bangladesh's Chapainawabganj and Bagerhat districts. Knowledge of energy consumption and energy efficiency technology options is found to be associated with household use of energy conservation practices. Household characteristics also influence household energy use behavior. Younger household cohorts are more likely to adopt energy-efficient technologies and energy conservation practices and place primary importance on energy saving for environmental reasons. Education also influences attitudes toward energy conservation in Bangladesh. Low-education households indicate they primarily save electricity for the environment while high-education households indicate they are motivated by environmental concerns.

Quality management system (QMS) is a formal process used to review the operations, products and services of a business – with the objective being to identify areas that may require quality improvement. Quality management systems are required in all areas of business activity, regardless of the size of the institution. A good quality management system will: • Reduce wastage • Improve process control • Increase market share • Lower costs • Facilitate training • Meet customers’ expectations • Raise Morale •What is Quality Assurance? • Quality Assurance is the process that demonstrates product is able to satisfy users

- 5. 5 Presentation Title – 00/00/12 (Optional) Why Quality Management is Important? •Quality management is the process of controlling, ensuring, and improving quality; both in business operations and productivity. If customers are satisfied, chances are they feel they are receiving high-quality products that are constantly improved upon in order to keep up with the ever- changing time •Products and services are also important parts of quality management. No matter what a particular organization sells, quality is a necessary part of it. Customers expect good products and services and want to know that their hard earned money is going toward something that will not only benefit them now, but will also last for a long time.
- 6. 6 Presentation Title – 00/00/12 (Optional) What does QA give? • Quality’ means your project is ‘useful’ - without ‘quality’ you may have little to offer • ‘Quality’ can help to future-proof projects • But ‘quality assurance’ needs documented standards and best practices to be meaningful • ‘Quality’ & ‘Best Practice’ can be considered in terms of being ‘Fit for Purpose’

- 9. 9 Presentation Title – 00/00/12 (Optional) Baskılı Ambalaj Malzemelerinin İmhası • Sekonder ambalajlama sırasında kutu, prospektüs vb. değişikliği yapılan baskılı ambalaj malzemeleri ayrı ayrı ambalajlarda toplanır ve sekonder ambalajlama alanında bu malzemeler tanımlanarak üzerine Ekol’e ait “RED” etiketleri uygulanır ve malzemeler red alanına alınmak üzere Baskılı Ambalaj Malzemesi Alanı Sorumlu Personeli’ne teslim edilir. • Sekonder ambalajlama esnasında ayrılan hasarlı ve fire baskılı ambalaj malzemeleri ise “Temsilci Veteriner Ecza Deposu Sekonder Ambalajlama Protokolü”ne ek yapılır. • Versiyon numarası değişen veya kullanılmayacak olan baskılı ambalaj malzemelerinin imhaya ayrılma talebi Zoetis Kalite Güvence Uzmanı/Artwork Koordinatörü tarafından Ekol’e bildirilir. • “ZQO-PR-002 Baskılı Ambalaj Malzemelerin Kabulü ve Depolanması Prosedürü” ne istinaden yapılan kontroller sonucunda kullanımı uygun bulunmayan baskılı ambalaj malzemeleri “ZQO-FR-001 Baskılı Ambalaj Malzemesi Uygunluk Formu”nda ilgili karar Zoetis Kalite Güvence Uzmanı tarafınca verilerek imha lokasyonuna ayrılır. • Anlaşmalı üreticilerde kullanılacak olan baskılı ambalaj malzemeleri ZL01 U lokasyonundan ZL02 S lokasyonuna, diğer baskılı ambalaj malzemeleri ise bulunduğu lokasyondan 5108 lokasyonuna Ekol tarafından aktarılır. • İmha alanına alınan ambalaj malzemeleri belli periyotlarla imha edilmek üzere lisanslı ambalaj malzemesi imhası yapan firmalara verilir. Ambalaj malzemeleri imha firmasında teslim edilmeden önce malzemelerin cinsine göre tartılarak ağırlıkları belirlenir. • Ambalaj malzemelerini imha eden firma malzemeleri imha ettiğine dair bir tutanak düzenler ve Zoetis’e bu tutanağı iletir.
