to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover

- 2. Process: Poster design • I have started to design my poster, I have started to add the border to my poster using different layers. • I have now added a new layer with a black background and moved the layer down so it goes behind the border.
- 3. Process: Poster design • I have now added the character silhouettes to the poster • I have changed the background for the zombies to white, this makes the soldiers and the zombies look a bit like ying and yang.
- 4. Process: Poster design • This is the completed design for my first idea for my video game poster, I have split the silhouettes of the soldiers and the zombies and coloured the space between them in red. I have done this is to emphasise that there will be blood but I have done it subtly as to avoid breaking any ASA codes. I have also made sure that I have not added any offensive material onto my poster.
- 5. Process: Logo design • Here I have started to design my logo starting off with a red background as it is one of the games main colours. • Here I have now added characters to the poster, I have used white for the eyes of the zombie to show how dead it is, to emphasise that there is no one left in there, it’s just a mindless creature.
- 6. Process: Logo design • I have now altered the characters so that the zombie is taller than the soldier, giving the zombie an ominous feeling, making it feel more powerful than the soldier as it as an overpowering force. • I have now added the games title using a font I found online on 1001 fonts. I have also added more zombies to make them feel even more overpowering towards the consumer.
- 7. Process: Poster design 2 • I have started to design the other idea I have for the poster of the video game, with this idea I plan on having things appear in the hand of zombie, for example a zombies face in the hand staring directly at the consumer. • I have now added the title to poster and rubbed out the black outlining around the hand to make the hand seem more dead.
- 8. Process: Poster design 2 • I have now added a soldier and two zombies to the poster on different sides of the hand. I have made the zombies taller than the soldier and added two zombies to show that they are more powerful than the soldiers. • I have now added a skull on the middle of the hand to emphasise that this is a war to the death. This will attract some gamers because who doesn’t like saving the world from a zombie apocalypse.
- 9. Reflection • What elements of your experiments will you include in your final product? • In my final product I will keep most of the elements I have used in my experiments, for example I will keep the hand that I have used in my final experiment. I will also keep the soldier and zombie silhouettes as I think they work really well with the dark tone of the game that I am emphasising with the colours of the poster.
