Production Reflection
Your Name
Process
• I got an image of a nuke and
put it in the background. Then
I put a formation of helicopters
over a medieval battle. This
created a image of a merger of
old and new wars. I used filter
gallery on all the layers
• multiple times to make
something strange and unique.
I used the colour overlay to
make the image look very bold
and green with the red and
green .
• I think the overall feel of this
image is dynamic and
apocalyptic and conveys my
idea of war never changes.
Process
• I got a image then put shapes
and added in shapes to make
this rotoscope.
• Use the lasso toll to highlight
parts of the solders then
turned what had been
highlighted into solid colour
which flattened the image.
• I think this is ok but a bit too
simple, it does however
because of this simplicity have
a interesting futuristic feel and
has taken a picture of a
modern SAS soldier and turned
him into a futuristic soldier.
Process
• I got an image of the soldier then put
shapes and added in shapes to make this
rotoscope
• I Used the lasso tool to highlight parts of
the solder then turn what I highlighted in
to solid colour
• I used the lasso tool for for this because I
thought it gave me greater accuracy and
definition. I could have used the shapes
but I didn’t because I didn’t feel like that
because it wouldn’t of been as easy to
make and wouldn't of had the detail I
wanted.
• I like this one because it has a lot of detail
and is almost a improvement from the
original image. The image has a lot more
varied colours I think this would appeal to
my audience as really appeals to me and
is one of my most successful images.
Process
• I got a image then put shapes
and added in shapes to make
this rotoscope
• Use the lasso toll to highlight
parts of the knight then turn
what I highlighted in to solid
colour
• I really like this image as its
really graphic and makes a
medieval scene look almost
modern with the use of bold
bright colours it also has a very
dark foreboding atmosphere
about it, even the light source
is brown in colour, it also has
some nice details in it like the
helmet grill.
Process
• I got a image then put shapes
and added in shapes to make
this rotoscope
• Use the lasso toll to highlight
parts of the knight then turn
what I highlighted in to solid
colour
• I think this is my best image
and the one I’m most pleased
with because even though it is
rotoscoped it still looks similar
to the original but just more
stripped back. I like the image
as its strong, bold and epic. I
could see this as a front cover
of a graphic novel as a main
character!
