 Need of enhancement of teaching and evaluation
methods in-line with the changing attitude of the
Students in the processes of learning
 Great challenge to the higher educational
institutions in particular to teaching community
 Age old teaching and evaluation techniques alone
will not be helpful to fulfill the learning thirst and
to quantify the learning outcomes of the students
 Every higher educational institutions and teachers
have to elevate to suit to the present day learning
environment

Role of Teaching, Learning and Evaluation
♦ Student community is in the clutches of bundle of
distractions and in the pressure of dynamically changing
society
♦ Creating conducive learning atmosphere is in the hands of
the higher educational institutions in particular with
teachers
♦ Students have a great opportunity of getting information at
ease and in just few clicks, teachers’ role should go
beyond just teaching and lecturing
♦ Teachers’ role should become more of facilitating the
learning process and quantifying the learning outcomes
through flawless bench-marking
