The steps regarding AD, DNS and DHCP were a refresher as it was covered in a previous class.
The installation and configuration of Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer and Performance
monitor was new which needed some research and understanding.
PROCEDURAL AND INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENTATION
The first activity of the lab is to install Windows Server 2012 Datacenter. The steps involve using
VMWare s Vsphere and the .iso image of windows server that is already been installed. The steps
for setting up the OS on the VM are pretty straightforward. After the CD/DVD has been inserted the
installation process is followed and then Server can now be used.
The second activity involved the installation of DHCP on the Windows Server machine. This is
done by Add the DHCP Server feature Option from within the Server Manager, Add Roles and
Features. After the installation is completed, the scope of the subnet is to be defined. Within the
scope, the allocated range of IP addresses is entered along with certain reservations (Windows 7
client) exceptions.

Intersubjectivity refers to the shared understanding between individuals (GГ¶ncГј, 1993). Research
shows cognitive affective processes help to develop intersubjectivity (Tronick Cohn, 1989).
Similarly, in psychotherapeutic relationships, cognitive affective processes are the building blocks
to the therapeutic alliance. A psychotherapeutic alliance constitutes the shared client
psychotherapist relationship marked by mutual respect, caring and shared understanding of
therapeutic goals. If intersubjectivityis nurtured in the client psychotherapist relationship, this can
lead to increased mutual understanding and goal achievement (as defined by the client) in
psychotherapy. In order to show that psychotherapeutic alliances can be fortified by applying
intersubjectivity to psychotherapeutic relationships, this paper is divided into four parts. First the
literature review opens with the origin and definition of intersubjectivity, including sections on
communication, affect, prolepsis and zone of proximal development (ZPD). The second section
will look at applications to psychotherapy. The third section will offer implications to the field and
finally concluding remarks will close with societal shifts that must be made to foster
intersubjectivity in psychotherapy.

It is difficult for many Americans today to imagine taking everything they own and moving to a
new country because of religious and political freedoms. With these freedoms taken so much for
granted, we rarely think of the steps taken by our ancestors to gain that liberty. When looking at
attempts in history to gain freedom, it is usual to look to the founding fathers of America and
their sacrifices. However, other groups of people have strived for the same thing, one such group
being the people of the divided German states shortly after the Seven Year s War. Through several
generations of Germans, these people moved across country, across continent, and eventually even
across the ocean to America in order to gain that much desired freedom. In about 1763, the
Germans were experiencing many problems. With the seven years war just behind them, much of
the land had been destroyed. Crops were trampled, and properties were decimated, making the
living conditions in Germany very difficult. On top of that, the war had left the political system in
a state of chaos. At that time, Germany was not together as a nation but was rather divided into
forty two different states. Unified Germany as we know it today did not come about until much
later, in about 1872. During this time minority religions struggled in the German states. Evangelical
Christians such as Baptists were not looked well upon, as well as Mennonites who were pacifists

When I asked Dr. Marko about what he thinks will happen to implants in the future he stated: I
expect that it will expand. He explained that current DBS technologies are seeing expanding
indications for more and more diseases with good results. But beyond this, there are whole new
domains of brain implants coming online and in the research pipeline. These include the whole
field of brain computer interface, which allows the brain to control machines (e.g. prosthetic
limbs). This is very promising, and some examples are already making it to real world
application. Additional implants designed to improve memory, etc. are also being developed. The
future of those is less certain, but I suspect they will improve and start to see practical application
