analyzed for the year 2018. Consequently, our population consisted of everybody we endeavored
to comment on in Super Bowl 2018 commercials, which included white men and women as well
as men and women of color. Our sample comprised 37 commercials out of the 81 Super Bowl
commercials that aired in 2018. Of the 37 commercials, there were 59 central characters. Out of
those 59 central characters, 43 of the characters were male and 16 were female. Furthermore, we
did not observe any gender queer or gender binary, therefore our group resorted to not code for
those categories. It is important to note that our coding exposed that 72% of the central characters

On Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m., the Los Rios Street neighborhood of San Juan Capistrano
was relatively quiet with some young Hispanic adults waiting at, and walking to a bus stop.
Many young Hispanic children were playing outside in the front yards, sidewalks, and alleys.
Middle aged and older adults were out walking, and several groups of bicyclists (probably not
from the neighborhood) were riding down the main roads. While driving through the streets and
alleys, four garage sales were noted. The appearance of the residential areas varied between
neighborhoods, however, most homes and yards were well maintained. In some of the less

the start of the Israeli Palestinian conflict in the late 19th century. Throughout the past several
decades the Israeli Zionists and Palestinian natives have fought over a section of land in the
Middle East for recognition as an independent or bi national country. This has led to a war in
which a peaceful solution, and not just managing the problem but attempting to end the problem is
paramount. The history of the Israeli Palestinian conflict begins around 1880 whenever the
original Zionist movement, creation of a homeland for Jews in Palestine, was first formed and
thousands of Jews migrated to the then Ottoman Empire occupied Palestine. At the end of World
War I, in 1918, the British controlled the Palestine area and encouraged Jewish migration to the
newly British mandated Palestine. Throughout the following years, up to 1939, violent riots or
revolts, depending on who was describing them, would break out killing many. After World War II
ended, and the United Nations was formed, in 1947 the U.N. gathered the General Assembly to
attempt to solve the problems in Palestine creating two separate states, one for Jews and another
for Arabs. War breaks out as the nearby Arab states reject the plan. When the war ended 700,000
Palestinians fled, Jordan controlled the West Bankand east Jerusalem, and Egypt controlled the
Gaza Strip(Shikhmanter).
