If you know a person is trustworthy, then you shouldn t have a problem with trust. Trust builds
friendships. A relationship without trust shouldn t even be possible, yet some people still do it. A
relationship is what trust is about. If you are friends, then you should be watching out for each other,

Celiac Disease And Celiacs Disease
Celiacs disease (gluten sensitive enteropathy) is a condition where in some people, gluten cannot be
digested and causes an immune response. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, oats, and rye. In
some people who take in and ingest gluten, an enzyme named transglutaminase transforms the gluten
into a chemical that triggers an immune reaction, causing irritation and inflammation of the lining of
the small intestine (Wedro, 2016). The microvilli that make up the inside surface of the intestine are
destroyed, causing nutirents to pass without being, like our body needs from our diet. This can cause
damage to other organs in the body due to malabsorption. (Wedro, 2016) Organs that depends the
most on nutrients to function properly consist of the liver, bones and the brain. This is crucial
especially in children because malnutrition can lead to abnormal growth and development. (Wedro,

1. The Blake Mouton leadership grid uses the axes of concern of people and concern for production to
describe five different leadership styles auditory compliance, middle of the road, impoverished, team
management and country club. The National Council on Aging can be described by the Blake Mouton
model as team management. The organization s vision makes clear that t is a people oriented
organization. Trust and respect are important, and work is done by people who share in the common
vision and are willing to work hard towards it.

Introduction According to the Center of Diseases and Control Center facts, during the previous 20
years, there has been a dramatic increase of weight in the United States and the rate continues to
remain high. With the estimate of more than 33% of the United States adults (34.9%) and pretty near
17% or (12.7 million) of kids and youths matured 2 19 years of age are obese (CDC, 2014). According
to a study released in June of 2013, Mexico have passed the United States as the fattest nation on 50%
of the globe (CBS news, July 2013). With a 32.8 percent adult obesity rate, Mexico simply creeps past
the 31.8% obesity rate in the United States, as indicated by a study released in June of 2013 by the
United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization. With food, oil, gas, lack of stability,
unemployment, and finance, body weight and statistics are continually changing not only yearly but
daily for many individuals.

reference which an individual can use to define accidents and occur.

W. H. Heinrich developed the Domino theory in 1931. He stated that 88% of the overall accidents
were as a result of unsafe acts of people while 10% dangerous actions. 2% of the accidents were
purely the acts of God. He also proposed a five factor accident sequence which includes ancestry and
social environment, work fault, unsafe act together with mechanical and physical hazards, accidents,

takes part in an accident, there is a bigger chance that he will or will not be involved in another
