broths changed color from red to yellow indicating a positive result. The next two tests that I

In this study, we have developed an ICAD scheme to automatically segment and compute the
Psoas muscle at the level L3 of the vertebral spine as well as computing and demonstrating
different tissues in the skeletal muscle which are very crucial for clinical researchers to make a
good analysis. In order to process the ICAD scheme, different stages should be followed such as
finding the CT slice which contains the level of L3, determining the region of interest, segmenting
the musclewith the use of region growing algorithm, and computing and determining different
tissuesin the skeletal muscle by applying a different threshold. Various stages of this ICAD scheme
