600
NT-600 Multi-purpose Heat reservation & Insulation Coating 
Fireproof, non-toxic, hydro-insulating coating material mixed with 8 different types of ceramics and special 
plastics, which is resistant to corrosion and mildew mold; 
It can be coated on ducts or pipes of 540°C (the internal temperature) up to the thickness of 20 to 25mm 
so that it will lower the external temperature up to 75 to 110°C 
Features 
thermal resistant temperature: 1500°C 
reducing more than 35% of energy 
no rusting on pipes due to dew condensation 
no stopping factory lines to be treated 
easy to maintain and repair 
Application 
outer coating on fireproof bricks 
insulating high temperature and low temperature pipes 
insulating pipe elbows and valves 
color: dark grey (different colors available) 
thickness after the treatment: 10mm-25mm after being coated more than twice 
coverage of temperature: wide range of temperature from -250°C to 1500°C 
thermosetting time: 14 days 
interval between each coating: 2 hours

NT-600 uses Heat Transfer Principle like Conductivity, Convection, Radiation 
and Reflection
