Introduction There is a plethora of multimedia resources that teachers can use to enhance instruction and engage students in learning the skills needed to succeed in the 21st century.
Using Images and Photography Image Editing Tools:   allow students and teachers to find images that are appropriate in content and size for projects that they are working on   enable students and teachers to edit and manipulate their photos Photo Sharing
Using Audio and Web Streams Audio and Web Stream Tools: tranform presentations, projects, and media into rich collaborative   spaces enhance instruction Voicethread Project (with audio)
Creating Video with Generators Through the use of video in the classroom:   students retain more information   students understand concepts more rapidly   students are more enthusiastic about what they are learning Web Video
Posting Original Videos Windows Live Movie Maker enables teachers to:   create videos and slideshows   add variety and artistic effects to movies share movies with others Video Project
Most Useful Tool Animoto was the most useful tool: Animoto is easy to understand and manipulate. The program enables me to create enriched presentations that appeal to my students, and, thus, engage them in the learning process. Animoto is appropriate for the age level in which I teach and could be user-friendly for third graders.
Successes and Challenges Successes of Using Multimedia in the Classroom enhances the learning process in a variety of ways prepares students for the future Challenges of Using Multimedia in the Classroom time amount of technology available in the classroom
Moodle and Online Learning Moodle and online learning are very effective. 1.  I was able to complete the work at my own pace.  2.  The lessons provided hands-on opportunities to work with the technology tools. 3.  The lessons, activities, and tutorials were all easy to follow. Overall, I would highly recommend online learning.
Conclusion Through the use of multimedia tools in the classroom, a valuable learning opportunity is provided for each student.
