The electric power supplied by a photovoltaic power generation system depends on the solar radiation and temperature. Designing efficient PV systems heavily emphasizes to track the maximum power operating point.
This work develops a three-point weight comparison method that avoids the oscillation problem of the perturbation and observation algorithm which is often employed to track the maximum power point. Furthermore, a low cost control unit is developed, based on a single chip to adjust the output voltage of the solar cell array.
These slides present at an introduction level about the demand side management and demand response in smart micro-grid system. Later mathematical modelling and detail on optimization techniques will be covered.

speed low-power, working in the partial load region, consisting
in the energy conversion maximization, is approached here
under the assumption that the wind turbine model and its
parameters are poorly known. Intelligent gradient detection
method by using Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)
fuzzy control approach is proposed control solution aims at
driving the average position of the operating point near to
optimality. The reference of turbine rotor speed is adjusted
such that the turbine operates around maximum power for
the current wind speed value. In order to establish whether
this reference must be either increased or decreased, it is
necessary to estimate the current position of the operating
point in relation to the maximum power-rotor speed curve
characteristic by many fuzzy rules. Numerical simulations
are used for preliminary checking performance of the MPPT
control law based on this intelligent gradient detection.

we have established solar MPPT, Inverter and auto-switching and used the device to generate output power efficiently using solar energy. we powered a 5W bulb using this model. This model includes MPPT circuit, charging and discharging circuit, inverter circuit, and sensing circuit.

The global electrical energy consumption is steadily rising and consequently there
is a demand to increase the power generation capacity. A significant percentage of the
required capacity increase can be based on renewable energy sources.The integration of
Distributed Generations into grid has a great importance in improving system reliability.
The power generation with renewable energy sources is essential in now-a-days to control
the atmospheric pollution and global warming. To get fast tracking for maximum power, it
is preferable to use incremental conductance method. MPPT control for variable speed
wind turbine is driven by Induction Generator. The wind turbine generator is operated
such that the rotor speed varies according to wind speed to adjust the duty cycle of power
inverter and maximizes wind energy conversion system efficiency. The system includes the
wind turbine, induction generator, three phase rectifier, DC link voltage controller, three
phase inverter. In this paper, modeling and simulation of wind energy conversion system
(WECS) with incremental conductance maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is
presented. This WECS is connected to electric utility to measure the performance. In this
paper, the objective such as optimal location and sizing of DG units are studied to check the
system performance in reducing the power losses, increase in voltage profile and reliability.
For analyzing the performance of WECS, a case study is carried out on IEEE 15 bus radial
distribution system. The case studies shows that there is gradual improvement in voltage
profile, reduction in power losses and variation in reliability indices and results were
simulated in the MATLAB/SIMULINK. The results shown in this paper can contribute well
to electrical utilities with radial distribution systems.

Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.

The admin can view and download the report of the data. The application deliver the excel format reports. Because, excel formatted reports is very easy to understand the income and expense of the college bus. This application is mainly develop for windows operating system users. In 2017, 73% of people enterprises are using windows operating system. So the application will easily install for all the windows operating system users. The application-developed size is very low. The application consumes very low space in disk. Therefore, the user can allocate very minimum local disk space for this application.
