Marketing Overview
Strategy
• Customers: All universities & schools are
in need of a common mobile platform
to communicate with students and
parents, every one can not afford PC
expenses but most of them have smart
phones
• Number of smartphone users are
increasing
• In the growing trend of technology and
smart phones
• People are more comfortable using
mobile applications than PC
• Institutes are in need of such platform
to keep students and parents updated
• Universities are competing in terms of
facilities provided and transparent
system
• Schools are moving towards online
Pricing Strategy
The price will be charged per student basis INR 400-500/year or $ 6 – 8/ year
which will not be burden for students and facilities in comparison to so many
facilities
It will not be a burden on institute also as it will be charged per students
Value proposition
Looking at gaps in communication and common
platform building which is desired by students and
parents. It can be a valuable product as it will help
parents and students to get steady information at a
single platform and daily updated!
Working prototype at IIT Madras campus will be a
marketing example for positioning. The survey by
students and IIT Madras will help to promote the
application and provider more

promotional strategy and reach other potential

• Other marketing promotions and surveys will be
taken in regular time interval for better
performance
• Finally we will try to cover complete education
sector i.e from colleges to schools
