SUMMARY
25+ years of overall experience, including 9+ years in general administration, facility management and PAN India based servic es in
transportation, security and logistics, working with a multinational company in IT. At present, I am managing general administration
and am leading transport vertical for employees based out of Delhi NCR & Pune, with 7 facilities and support of 40 member team,
consisting of regular and contractual employees.
Handled business planning, strategization, budgeting, P&L and sourcing. Managed CoE operations of the MNC, involved in
automation and integration of transportation system, which covered deployment of web based roster, routing engine, MIS and GPS
tracking ability, incorporating various security protocols.
Launched the centralized automated transport system under IITS (IBM Integrated Transport Services), a new vertical, across PAN
India, implementing, monitoring and ensuring 100% measures for protection, security and safety of women employees, especially
during night windows.
Initially, managed real estate & site operations of the MNC, covering transportation, security services and logistic support for
employee base that almost doubled. Led the team in managing other operations involving cafeteria, events, general administration,
house keeping, electro mechanical, hygiene and dealings with the space owners.

being taken over by a third party. Handled this transition very effectively and moved from IBM BPO business to IBM. In the first
major assignment, facilitated transition of 250+ employees from one location to another in NOIDA, with absolutely no break in work
execution.
CoE Operations – Automation & Integration of Transportation
Managed overall administrative services, including automation of PAN India transportation, security and logistics for employee base
extending from 16K+ to 32K+. Managed P&L of a business of USD 35mn pa.
Studied state geographies & their infrastructure, leading to designing, development & integration of project Bandhan under IITS
(IBM Integrated Transport Services), a new business vertical, devised based on extensive discussions with key officials from
2. finance, procurement, HR, labor & security, ensuring compliance to statutory guidelines & those from NASSCOM. Accomplished
this in 18 as against planned 24 months. The system provides for web based, online view of GPS aided individual tracking on real
time basis.
Bandhan – IITS Launch / Security / Cost Saving
Launched & managed centralized Bandhan-IITS model across NCR, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Vizag, Chennai & Hyderabad,
completing it in 12, versus planned 24 months; supported by 200 member team. It served 17 offices & 32K employees, deploying
34 business partners, bringing them down from earlier 47, through strategic alignments; deployed 2500 vehicles.
No Day Transport – 1st Time in Industry
As planned, this model did not offer ‘day trans port’ to the employees in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad as the cities
were equipped with safe local public conveyance & intercity connectivity. Instead, offered reimbursement of travel expenses.
Continued nodal model in other cities where infrastructure was underdeveloped & lacked in safe & efficient public trans port system,
organizing nodal picks. Implemented, monitored and ens ured 100% measures for women employees ’ protection, s ecurity & s afety,
especially during night windows; offering single point of contact at senior management level.
I was able to bring down annual cost to USD 38mn, saving USD 15mn pa, through resource optimization & strategic initiatives with
vendors, in a short span of 8 months.
General Administration & Facility Management
Set up and commissioned the first centre for managing real estate & site operations, pertaining to 42000 Sq Ft office area.
Identified snags on conducting site audits and got the same rectified before taking over, ensuring compliance on all fronts. Led the
operations covering transportation, security services and logistic support for employee base that grew from 1200+ to 2500+.
Expanded the office area by another 28000 Sq Ft, handing over the same for operations, in a record period of time . Led the team in
managing other operations involving cafeteria, events, general administration, house keeping, electro mechanical, hygiene and
dealings with the space owner. Received various awards & appreciations for performance excellence.
Event Management
Organized 2 mega annual day celebration events, involving 1000+ employees, inviting 6 performing artists, setting up infrastructure
