 Directing and consolidating all personnel within section (with other
section Production Manager) in order to have productive team-work in
running the plans which has been set-up for achieving the targets
through conducting the effective leadership.
 Monitoring the achievement progress periodically: daily, weekly, two-
weekly, monthly, three-monthly, six-monthly and yearly bases with sub-
ordinate, create necessary record data and submit propose evaluation
on preventive or corrective action for future.
 To monitor the availability of production supporting tools and production
supporting materials as well as initiate ordering process
 Monitoring daily performance of its section through conducting
necessary coordination meeting with all subordinates, create, updated
and submit progress report,
 Motivate all workers with in his section to follow and submit their
suggestion for improvement, develop necessary presentation & submit
to company as Suggestion System
 Propose the needs of training and development of all subordinates as a

  • 4.  Report & record: Fabrication Progress and Result, Quality Problem, Accident & Fire, Assembling – Painting - Blasting support equipment trouble, Electricity trouble, Utility Trouble, Manpower Trouble, Maintenance activity.  Motivate all workers with in his section to follow and submit their suggestion for improvement, develop necessary presentation & submit to company as Suggestion System.  To monitor the availability of production supporting tools and production supporting materials as well as initiate ordering process.  Calculate the work volume, work capacity and manpower allocation.  Job arrangement and man power control to improve efficiency and productivity.  To maintain the implementation of ISO 9000 and ISO 14001.
