CEO of the wholly owned subsidiary of Lillia Corporation USA which is an innovative
manufacturer of premium cosmetics. Defined the go-to-market strategy in India. Conducted
market research to quantify market opportunity, defined target demographics, and refined
product requirements for the Indian market including features, packaging and price points.
Actively worked with the CEO of the parent company on overall company strategy, fund raising
from investors, partner relationships and product design. Set up the India subsidiary, applied and
gained approval of import permits.
Collected and analyzed sourcing and procurement data for raw material costs and availability in
India. Sourced venders for the services such as finance and accounting, audit and compliance,

all matters related to India operation. Parent company was acquired by Oracle in July 2011 –
ensured a smooth transition and integration of the Indian subsidiary before ending tenure.

CA Technologies India Private Ltd: April 2004 to Sept 2011
Headed administration, procurement, security, facilities operations, and government relations
functions for CA in India, a multi-billion dollar US software company. As member of the CA
India Leadership Team, defined the strategic direction of the company’s rapid expansion in
India, from less than 100 employees to over 2,000 employees in less than three years. Worked
with the Leadership Team to ensure frequent and transparent internal communications as well
as communications with all the stakeholders at the US corporate offices. Help build and drive a

Managed CA’s India campus construction project worth over US $50 million – a modern 30-
acre office complex with several buildings. All phases of the project were delivered on time and

improve those processes using six sigma methodology and principles resulting in significant
improvement of quality of services. Led the project to automate procure-to-pay processes for
