 Managed day-to-day General Administrative activities including Infrastructure Management, Staff Welfare, Cafeteria,
Travel, Housekeeping, Couriers, Printers, Stationary, logistics, Security, Legal, etc; having good control on overall Administration.
 Responsible for overall budgeting & cost management; CAPEX, OPEX budgeting and allocation, Spend analytics; policies &

 Established Administration department at Delhi H.Q; pivotal in setting up of Circle Offices, Guesthouse, Vendor Selection

 Independently handled all the major projects like Indicom Building Set Up (Area Approx: 1.50 Lac sq.ft.), Sector 63 Noida Office
(Area Approx: 60,000 sq.ft.), Tata Teleservices Corporate Park (Area 3.70 Lac sq.ft.); launched TATA Docomo Offices across the
country; after successful accomplishment of Tata Indicom Projects, subsequently shifted all the 6 offices in the New Indicom
Building without wasting a single man hour and without hiring packing & logistic vendors; saved more than Rs.10 lacs.
 Meticulously saved Rs. 30 Lacs per month Rentals by shifting Tata Docomo Employees in existing offices; subsequently
hired new offices as per the requirement; saved 5 to 6 Crs. CAPEX by utilizing old inventory at different locations.
 Achieved a ‘Super Star Award’ in PAN INDIA HR Townhall for smooth establishment of all departments to new location
along-with time saving management.
 Designed & developed ‘Project Maitri’ for strong relationship with landlords and zero rental increments.
 Initiated multiple Fun@Work activities for employee friendly work environment; appreciated in E-Sat (Darpan).
 Introduced one to one feedback program with the employees on monthly basis to resolves their queries; constituted the
Committee like Canteen, Security & Safety, Events etc. and involved internal customers and action taken for the improvements.
 Organized regular CAR (Customer Assessment Rounds) with the Senior Management Team for improvement in the facility.
