 Liaisoning with Labour Department, Police Authorities and all other Government Departments as and when required.

Construction Site as well as at Corporate Office.

Flowmore is well known as “Manufacturing Company for a large & special pump”. Flowmore manufactures
turbine, mixed flow, submersible non clog & submersible propeller pumpsfor varied services in the power stations such
as cooling tower, intake makeup, ash water & ash slurry, sewage & water treatment, drainage, flood control, dock
impounding, lift irrigation, fire services & viscous & volatile material handling, such as for petroleum, heavy oil, hot
pumping etc. These pump Inspected by NTPC, BHEL, EIL, RITES, SGS, BVQL, LLOYDS, and DGS & D.
Role& Responsibilities:
 Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment; handling & closing the Selection/Joining Formalities.
 Sourcing, recruiting, screening, arranging interviews and placing candidates for various positions by short listing
CVs through consultants and referrals and coordinating interview.
 It includes formulation and administration of all the policies of the company evenly in the organization.
 A few policies formulated by me are: Mobile Phone policy, Leave policy, Half-day policy, and Short Leave Policy,
Birthday and Marriage anniversary/gift policy.
 Preparing the monthly attendance of all employees & providing the same to A/C dept. for salary processing.
