Plant HR/IR
• Coordinates safety audit and Safety Committee meetings.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
• Handling employee grievances.
• Disciplinary process, issuing warning letters.
• Organizing yearly Health check-up camp of employees and maintains health record and
2. communicates them for further action.
• Manage files and oversee payroll operations of the plant workers.
• Counseling - Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits,
company policies, etc.
• Organize and conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
• Supporting in organizing sports, recreational and cultural activities for employees.
.HR FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain human resource record by designing a filing system; keeping past and current record.
• Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status change data.
• All time office functions i.e. Attendance, Leave Management.
• Providing Salary related inputs such attendance, reimbursement, deductions, recovery, etc. and
co-ordinate for salary processing.
