2. The Fish
Inn 1.
This is where my first shot will take place. It is just outside
of Ringwood and is a perfect place to film a quiet,
reclusive shot of the two characters walking home after
being out for the night. I have chosen this because it is a
local town pub and a perfect stereotypical place for young
adults to go on a night out for a drink. It is close to my
house and therefore ideal for my situation. At night it fits
perfectly into my genres need for tension and eeriness as
it is very quiet and not many people use the road. The
lighting will be dim and therefore I will be able to let my
antagonist hide in the shadows well and will keep my
camera work exactly how I need it.
3. Avon River
Bridge 2. I have used this shot as a second appearance for my
characters. This will be where my characters will be
walking and then be split up. I have used this location as it
is very eerie to walk down late at night and therefore
captures the theme I wish to have for my film
4. My Garage
3.
This location in my garage will be perfect for a secluded
old looking place where I can have the right sized room I
need for the scene. I will have a smashed swinging light
will create a shadowed effect in the room which is long
and diagonal. This means the light will be able to spread
quite far and create a good scene. At night there is only
one light in this room and therefore I will be able to
control the lighting perfectly and the shadows I need.
5. My Lounge
4. This location is my lounge, and my final location before
my film will cut out and go onto the title or credits. I have
chosen this as it is the most convenient place to film the
last shot and due to the items in the room. For my scene I
need a power cut and therefore being in my lounge where
there are 4 lights and aTV will give me the best effect for
when the power goes out. Also there is a large window
that I need for the final clip when a figure is scene walking
across it in the darkness.
