My job role is the camera woman, for this I will have to set up the camera with the correct camera
angles, making sure nothing is obstructing the shot and that the shot is framed
properly. I will be told what to by the Director as he is the one who knows what he
wants each shot to end up like. I’ll be communicating with the sound person,
telling them if the microphone is visible in the shot.
Liam will be the Director; this job will entail telling everyone where
they need to be and what they need to be doing. He will also pick
which locations we film in for each shot. It will be Liam’s job to
make sure everything on set runs smoothly. He will be
communicating with everyone, telling me what camera angles
should be used. He will also have to tell the actors what to wear
and do during filming.
Charlotte will be the sound person; she will have to ensure that the microphone
is not in shot by communicating with me, the camera person. She will also have
to ensure that any sound needed is recording correctly. Also she will have to
discuss what sound is needed with the Director.
The production runners, Ashleigh and Carrie will support everyone and help with setting anything up
and placing things in the correct places. Both Ashleigh and Carrie will be acting in the film meaning
they will be working with each of us, ensuring they are in the right place for the camera and can be
heard by the microphone.
