The LF ladle refining furnace is used to refine molten steel from primary furnaces through atmospheric arc heating, argon blowing and stirring, alloy feeding, temperature measurement, and sampling. It consists of a ladle and ladle car, heating device, vacuum and detection system, hydraulic and control systems, gas systems, electrical control system, and high voltage and current circuits. The LF furnace can be combined with an EBT electric furnace to achieve short processes, improve steel quality, and reduce costs. It can be customized based on a client's required capacity, working hours, power supply, raw materials, and other parameters.
