1.5 Ton Induction Furnace for Sale
The 1.5T medium frequency furnace is melting equipment
commonly used in the foundry industry. Its rated capacity is 1.5T
in steel, the melting power is generally 1000kW, and the melting
speed is one furnace within 1 hour. The furnace body is tilted by
hydraulic pressure or reducer, covering an area of about 10
square meters. The cooling method is hsbl cooling tower.

3. Component Selection of 1.5T Induction Furnace:
1. The reactor of the 1.5T induction furnace has a coil with a
copper tube diameter of 15mm and a wall thickness of 1.5mm.
2. 1.5T medium frequency furnace constant power main control
board, quantity: 1.
3. Incoming voltage of 1.5T medium frequency furnace: 6600v,
intermediate frequency output voltage: 1200V, DC voltage: 880v.
4. Heating power of 1.5T medium frequency furnace: 1000kW.
5. KK thyristor 1500A / 2000V for 1.5T medium frequency
furnace, quantity 8.
6. KP thyristor 1800A / 2500V for 1.5T medium frequency furnace,
6 in quantity.
7. Capacitor of 1.5T medium frequency furnace, specification
2000kf / 1200V, quantity 77 sets.
8. Tilting mechanism of 1.5T medium frequency furnace:
hydraulic tilting.
9. Shell of 1.5T medium frequency furnace: 1230mm in diameter
and 1350mm in height.
10. Induction coil of 1.5T medium frequency furnace: copper
tube 25mm x 40mm x 3.5mm, inner diameter 730mm, 15 turns.
