Wire Rod Rolling Mill
Wire rod mills are combined with 10 mills, three φ200
mills, and seven φ150 mills, speed increasing box,
support base, arc coupling, waterproof slot,
waterproof plate, buffer tank, the protective cover,
coupling, piping and guide of wire rod mill.
Through 10 unit rack, the continuous micro-tension
rolling mill will be transported upstream φ17~φ21mm
of a rolling piece, rolling become φ5.5~φ16mm
finished wire rod.

Continuous Casting Process
Continuous casting, also called strand casting,
is the process whereby molten metal is
solidified into a “semi-finished” billet,
bloom, or slab for subsequent rolling in the
finishing mills. Continuous casting is an
energy-saving technique to cast the molten
steel to a section shape or a certain size billet

The automatic rebar bundling machine
is a kind of automatic packaging
equipment, which integrates machine,
electricity, and liquid. It is specially used
for the collection of finished products in

thousandth), long service life of spare
