 Be honest with yourself
 When studying or completing tasks, choose the right place for

 Use lists to keep yourself organized: shopping lists, to-do lists
 Use the extra spare moments that you have during the day to
plan, review, or reflect
 Share time with your scheduled appointments and activities
 Think “Small Picture”

Program
The Leadership Training is open to all undergraduate students. There will be opening remarks by the Dean of Students, interactive workshops about time management and communication, a networking
brunch, and closing remarks by the Vice President of Student Affairs.
Learning Outcomes
1. Students will learn helpful, practical time management techniques
2. Students will learn that it is OK to say no to taking on additional roles or duties
3. Students will learn about campus resources that are related to stress and time management
4. Students will learn the importance of self-care

  • 6. Importance of Time Management  Effective time management is needed to lead positive personal and professional lives  To effectively manage you time: control it  The use of effective time management skills will give way to a stellar academic performance and low stress

Time Management Tips and Techniques  Be honest with yourself  When studying or completing tasks, choose the right place for you  Use lists to keep yourself organized: shopping lists, to-do lists  Use the extra spare moments that you have during the day to plan, review, or reflect  Share time with your scheduled appointments and activities  Think “Small Picture”  Please “Do Not Disturb”  Say NO!  Practice Self-Care

There will be opening remarks by the Dean of Students, interactive workshops about time management and communication, a networking brunch, and closing remarks by the Vice President of Student Affairs. Learning Outcomes 1. Students will learn helpful, practical time management techniques 2. Students will learn that it is OK to say no to taking on additional roles or duties 3. Students will learn about campus resources that are related to stress and time management 4.
