 Participated in the design and vetting process of other courses under design
 Developed materials for use in Academic IELTS writing workshops
 Adapted teaching materials for Blended-Learning environments
 Designed and coordinated academic competitions to increase motivation among students

Assessment & Evaluation
 Discussed and developed the assessment strategy for courses taught with the department
chair and the team at the outset of the semester
 Managed the development of assessment instruments and marking rubrics and ensured that
they are consistent with college practice
 Set up and updated results spreadsheets
 Managed course assessment strategy on Gradebook
 Updated and standardized the format of all assessments
 Ensured validity and reliability of assessments together with the academic coordinator and
partly through marking moderation
 Revised and administered existing assessment tools
 Coordinated the piloting of new assessments
 Revised the marking criteria for projects, monitored grade inflation and ensured a healthy
grade distribution
 Created marking rubrics for courses and maintained consistency in grading among teachers
Outreach Opportunities & Learning by Doing
 Promoted and shared best practice in teaching and learning partly by presenting at iCelebrate
conference workshops
 Contributed to the preparation of students for events such as Ajiyaluna Day
