   Signs of fatigue are showing. Stability point might be approaching.
   There is little room for projects of a certain size. You either raise
   more than $250k or you raise less than $100k.
   Summer might be responsible for the drop too. Timing is
   important there too?
   Still low volumes overall. Big projects will still have big impacts.

     The biggest change is the rise of the “Other” category. It does
     fit with Kickstarter’s profile as a test bed for new things.
     RPGs and Adventure games are still very much dominating.

   * I removed the platforms analysis as the methodology was
     annoying me in drawing proper conclusions on this.

CLOSING WORDS




    Kickstarter is still going very strong. The end of the summer
    has seen quite a few new high profile campaigns launched
    (Planet Annihilation; Broken Sword; Project: Eternity) that will
    likely make the numbers bounce back.
    Overall, it feels like the platform is on the path to maturity (for
    video games) and is getting there quite fast.
