This document describes the design of a pick and place surveillance robot. The robot uses a robotic arm with one elbow and hand to lift and move objects. It moves using two wheels and a ball caster connected to two motors. An ultrasonic sensor is used for object detection with a range of 4 meters. A Raspberry Pi camera allows for wireless surveillance via streaming to a phone. The Raspberry Pi controls the system and communicates with an Android app via Bluetooth to control the robot's movement and arm functions remotely. The goal is to create a prototype robot for applications like surveillance, home automation, and rescue operations.
