• Adistributed database to control parking spots throughout the country

− This may also include suggestion to user basedon users current location.
• Tofacilitate the service providers, there can be automated hourly payment

Things to consider
 Most of the IOT based smart parking systems does not have the ability to automatically pick the right spot for
the vehicle.
 They can only pick spot by random from the available spots.
 They also does not have a centrally managed system for vehicle monitoring and spots visualization.
 The deep learning model will automatically predict and assign the best spot to the vehicle based on different
parameters.
 The proposed solution can add security to the vehicles while they are being parked.
 It can also allocate the best available spot for a particular vehicle by leveraging deep learning
technique.
 It can reduce space wastage and can retrieve vehicles very fast.
 It can also detect when the vehicle is being retrieved by some unauthorized person.

  Enter Vehicle Details
• The parking in-charge will enter the vehicle details in to the server such as vehicle type and
registration number.
• The time stamp will be automatically taken by the server.
  Predict and Allocate a spot
• The Recurrent Neural Network(RNN) will automatically predict the best spot based
 on the vehicle details, available spots and current time.
• The predicted spot will be allocated to that particular vehicle.
Methodology
 Attach a RFID
• After a spot is allocated a RFID is attached and registered.
• The vehicle can then continue to park on the spot.
 Activate and monitor the Vehicle
• A raspberry pi with motion sensors are used in the actual parking spot to monitor
the vehicle.
• If there is any unusual activity the sensor can automatically alert the parking
assistants.
Methodology
 Detach and mark the spot available
• Once the vehicle is retrieved in a timely manner the vehicle details are matched
with previous entered details.
• If the details checkout, the RFID is detached and the vehicle is deregistered after
the fee is paid.
• Finally, the spot will be marked as available so that it can be allocated to another
vehicle.
