Interpersonal Skills
Be positive. You are good. Believe in yourself. Nobody is better than you just because he/she can
speak better English, wears better cloths or has better style. Your actions define you as a person.
Where is your smile? Why are you so serious when you are talking to someone. Show warmth to
                      other person. Make sure you look approachable.
Every good
      conversation
      starts with
      good listening.
Listen and acknowledge. Ask questions, show your expressions, nod your head…. Do everything
                to convey the message to other person that you are listening.
Be appreciative. Give compliments to people. But be genuine at the same time.
Your words are powerful. Choose then carefully. Remember the example of song selection of
                                   dance competition.
Different people have different point of view and way to do things. Respect that. Be Empathetic
Don’t be a complaint box. Be a Solution Provider
Go for it. Start building good relationship with people. Try to implements these suggestions in
                                             your life.
