This study examined hysteroscopic findings in 200 patients with infertility. The most common findings were mild intrauterine adhesions (14%), small endometrial polyps (10%), and small submucous myomas (4%). Patients were divided into groups by age, type of infertility, and pregnancy outcomes. The overall pregnancy rate after hysteroscopic treatment was 46.2%. Figure 1 shows images of the various uterine abnormalities found during hysteroscopy, including cornual polyps, endocervical polyps, endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, and submucous myomas.
