The HSV color model defines color space using three components: hue, saturation, and value. Hue represents the color, defined as an angle from 0-360 degrees and correlates to colors like red, yellow, green, etc. Saturation indicates the amount of gray in a color, ranging from 0% (gray) to 100% (vibrant color). Value represents the brightness level from 0% (black) to 100% (full brightness). The HSV color space is widely used in computer graphics and image editing to select and manipulate colors.
