1) The student evaluated their podcast production project. Their research could have been improved with more details on existing podcasts.
2) In planning, they could have been more detailed and included topics beyond just anime like comics, movies, and real world events.
3) They did not manage their time well but completed the project on time only because it was their least favorite project. They would have liked more time to re-record audio.
3. Research
• In my research I feel like they could be improved with more
detail about the existing podcasts. To improve this I could’ve
listened to previous episodes and gathered information from
that as maybe the previous episodes were different
• My research helped my product as it allowed my to take
inspiration from already existing products.
4. Planning
• The weaknesses in my planning was that it could have been a
lot more detailed and I could have improved this by thinking
of other topics to talk about. This would make my final
product a lot better as it would have allowed me to talk about
more then just anime but maybe comics, movies and real
world event.
5. Time Management
• Personally I didn’t manage my time well however I did
complete my product on time. The only reason I think I didn’t
manage my time well is because I feel like this project was my
least favourite so I wasn’t as motivated. If I had additional
time to produce and improve I would defiantly would like to
re-record my audio.

In the Podcast anime club by IGN it’s one big segment were
mine is three smaller segments. Also in my podcast there is
backing music through out the whole thing with little sound
effects. However in the anime club podcast they have a few
presenters and special guests every episode where as in my
podcast its only me speaking. This makes me think that
maybe the listener will eventually get bored of my voice.
7. Aural Qualities
Yes I strongly believe that my product sounds well except for the
unexplained crackling about 3 minuets in. It’s very creative as
both the intro and main podcast all contains sounds effects on
top of backing music which I think is creative. Personally my
favourite part is the introduction with the combination of
famous video game sounds. I would defintly liket o
8. Audience Appeal
• I feel like I have defiantly appealed to my target audience. I
achieved this by talking about anime which isn’t specific to a
gender or age. I strongly believed that the anime discussed
will appeal to target audience. I also so believe that the music
and the sound effects are also appropriate for the audience.
10. Feedback 1
• What did you like about the product?
The speaking is very clear, lots of sound effects.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
There was lots of long pauses.
11. Feedback 2
• What did you like about the product?
I like the backing sound I think the song suits the genre of the
podcast and it goes well with the speaking.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
I do not think that the sound effects at the beginning relate in
any way too what you are talking about.
12. Feedback 3
• What did you like about the product?
Personally I like the background music for the news and the
quick fire facts.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
I think he should maybe re-record the speaking with the
Japanese names in to make it more understandable.
13. Peer Feedback Summary
• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback?
I agree that I should re-record my speaking with the Japanese
names in, I couldn’t pronounce them well but I think I
should’ve still included them.
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback?
I disagree with the 2nd feedback as the sound effects are
relevant to the genre and topic of the podcast.
14. Peer Feedback Summary
After reading the peer feedback I would defiantly like to re-
record my audio as I believe I could’ve done it a lot better
with the Japanese names of people and schools included. I
only left them out as I didn’t want to offend anyone with the
pronunciation of the words. I would also maybe like to
include a second presenter to talk as it would stop people
from getting bored of my voice all the time.
