Draft 1 quick analysis• In draft one I wanted to use something as from the video as the background.• The picture I used as a background was picked because of how the actor is looking at the reader of the album.• I used similar texts from the artists previous releases.• An effect I added was transparency, I added this effect so that the background image doesnt’t draw away from the text.• I like the image and how it directly involves the audience.
Draft 2 quick analysis• I used a dark black background this time.• The pictures I used all had a black background so I didnt’t have to Photoshop/crop them too much.• All the images used have something to do with the video, either the artists involved or the actual content.• The bullet is edited so that it looks like it is coming from metrics logo.• This draft I found to be too ‘messy’ or random.• Looks too unprofessional.
Draft 3 quick analysis• This was a simpler approach, where I used a background of an adventure club logo and edited on some text and information about the song/video.• I like the simplicity and the how the colors reference the band, however I prefer draft 1 because of the image link to the video.

Magazine advert draft 1 quick analysis• Used album draft 3 for this design. Was able to work in some of the themes of the design such as the color coding in the star ratings.• Put the release date inside the helmet. Used a different theme to make the text stand out.
Magazine Advert draft 2 quick analysis• Didnt’t like how this one turned out, text was too cheesy, picture didnt’t really advertise very well.• No social media links, or reviews.

Magazine advert draft 3 analysis• I felt this has been the best draft for magazine adverts produced by me so far.• The character from the video is shown pointing at the audience with a gun, as if to say ‘buy the album’ pressures the audience with direct attention.• Shows one of the possible album artworks.• Link to trailer by scan of code.• Release date is in the middle with large text.
