message being sent in a virtual sense (2). While messages could be delivered through
the mail within a matter of days, a telegraph could be transmitted live. At the time this
was quite a feat. When studying the creation of the internet, it is important to
remember that not one single man directly created the web that we know today.

1. Introduction and preliminaries
The study of bitopological spaces was initiated by Kelly [4] in 1963. Abd ElMonsef
et al. [1] introduced the notion of

пЃў continuity in topological spaces. On the other hand, Andrijevic [2] called
пЃў open sets semipreopen and obtained many properties of such subsets. Recently,
Khedr et al. [5] have investigated the notions of semi preopen sets and semi

beginning of time, he was here. He created us and He knew our names even before

creation into place. He created the heavens and the earth, all creatures, and us. God
knew Adam and Eve, the first people He made, would give in to temptation. Eating
from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, made creation fall into sin and
darkness. He knew that through sending His son Jesus Christ, all of creation would
be saved through Him. Then He would proceed to make His new creation.
This is God s ministry. Everything he does in the world and in us is all for His
glory. God executed His unfailing plan of saving the world and its brokenness

Great Britain s longest ruling monarch before Queen Victoria, King George III
ascended the British throne in 1760, during turbulent times in which, brought about
several oppressive and abusive actions towards the thirteen colonies. Salutary neglect:
a policy of non interference, enabled the American colonies to prosper by trading
products. Nevertheless, when the French and Indian War had finally come to an end,
the British had severe debt and was left with possible solutions which only revolved
around taxing the colonies. Furthermore, the Royal Proclamation: a document that set
out guidelines for European settlement of Aboriginal territories, had infuriated the
colonies and they protested that the Proclamation deprived them of land known as
their God given right. In 1774, the British Parliament passed harsh and unbearable

for the Boston Tea Partyand other protests. Overall, the colonists were very wrathful
