sectional study utilizing self administered questionnaires was administered to women seeking
abortion in private hospitals/clinics in four geopolitical areas of Ogun State, Western Nigeria,
from January 1 to December 31 2012. Data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0. Results. The age
range for those seeking repeat induced abortion was 15 to 51 years while the median age was 25
years. Of 2934 women seeking an abortion, 23% reported having had one or more previous
abortions. Of those who had had more than one abortion, the level of awareness of contraceptives
was 91.7% while only 21.5% used a contraceptive at their first intercourse after the procedure;
78.5% of the pregnancies were associated with non contraceptive use while 17.5% were associated
with contraceptive failure. The major reason for non contraceptive use was fear of side effects.

Throughout The Canterbury Tales Chaucer uses elements of irony. The Canterbury.Tales is a
frame story compiling the tales of a number of characters on their way to the Canterbury
Cathedral. This Middle English work was never completely finished due to Chaucer s death in
1400; however, the twenty four completed stories have been passed down through hand written
manuscripts.The Pardoner s Tale and The WIfe of Bath s Tale both feature a number of ironic
statements from the characters within each story. With his extensive use of irony Chaucer
conveys his true feelings toward those he wrote of in the tales. The Pardoner s Tale is a tale of
three drinking men on their quest to find death. Throughout the story Chaucer uses irony to
show both the ironic journey of the men, and to show how corrupt the Pardoner himself is. After
encountering an old man in the streets, the men are pointed towards a tree where they are told
they will find death, but when they reach the tree only gold is to be found. When the three

the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease, illness, injury, and other mental impairments in
human beings. This system is based on Fuzzy Logic, adopting Mamdani model as the fuzzy
inference mechanism and list of medical diseases. With diseases like swine flu and dengue
fever, chicken pox, on the rise, which have symptoms, are so closely associated that it sometimes
become practically Herculean task to differentiate between the above scribed diseases based on
symptoms. Thus, it becomes inevitable to design such a system that would closely monitor the
symptoms and infer the disease based on fuzzy inference system. This work is done by assigning
different coefficients to each symptom of a disease and to predict and quantify the severity impact
of the recognized disease. For predicting, the cure time of a disease, based on the symptoms.
Perdition of cure time is clinically based on hypothetic studies and to estimate the cure time of a
disease based on the symptoms. This
