protecting clients or others from perceived harm (Jackson Cherry Erford, 2014). An
example would be that a client tells their counselor in a confidential session that he is
considering stabbing his ex girlfriend. The duty to warn would mean the counselor
should notify authorities and the ex girlfriend thus breaking confidentiality. The duty
to protect would be to admit client to a facility for the client to be assessed for a
propensity for violence towards the ex girlfriend. This became important after a

I felt that a couple of years of professional work would give me a better perspective
of graduate school. I decided to secure a position which would grant me
experiences far removed from the academic world, yet which would also permit
me to continue developing the research skills I needed to tackle the challenges of
graduate school. I fulfilled this goal by working as a sales associate at a Kmart for
two years. The experience has been both enjoyable and invaluable to the point
where colleagues glance at me with a puzzled look when I tell them I am leaving the
job to go to school. In fact, my willingness to leave such a dynamic, high paying job
to pursue my passion for earth science only reflects my keen determination to
continue along the academic path.
Through a Ph.D. program, I plan to further explore the issues I confronted during my
undergraduate years by integrating the study of ship icing into the realm of

I remember hearing about sweatshops in middle school and just thinking how
wrong and useless they are. After reading the articles I believe that my impression
of sweatshops that has stuck with me has changed. Even though I may find
sweatshops to be cruel and useless it is not for others. I agree that they are dirty
and dangerous (Kristof WuDunn, 2000) and most Westerners are opposed to
sweatshops, but for people in less developed countries, such as Asia they like them

In the nineteenth century, the English government was ran adjacent with the church,
although the harsh truth of lower class cruelty corrupts this image. The country,
despite its relationship with the church, did not run on the concept of Christianity but
the warped perceptions of the Bible and the desire for money. Charles Dickenss
Oliver Twist unknowingly sparked the social changes in nineteenth century London
by exposing the harsh conditions of the lower class through the life of an innocent
child.
Charles Dickens, born February 7, 1812, wrote many classic novels including
Oliver Twist, A Christmas Carol, and A Tale of Two Cities. Dickens grew up in a
lower class family, because of that his father, John Dickens, was arrested and put in
jail for debt when Charles was twelve years old. Soon after this, Dickens had to
stop school and go into work at Warren s Blacking Factory, a shoe polish factory
(Cody). By the time his father was released and Dickens was able to leave the
factory, he had already suffered through many harsh conditions that affected him for

PESTLE analysis if you are including legal and environmental.
Airlines are a good one because so many different things affect them.
Political Taxes that they get charged in different countries for landing, fuel taxation
etc
Economic e.g. How does interest rate movement affext their longterm debt? ... Show
Polulations growth does an ageing poulation affect them i.e. baby boomers, lots of
people in that lifestage have more disposable income to spend....
Technological As things improve technology becomes cheaper. How does this affect
them? Does this mean the entries to barrier are lower for competitors to join? Do
easyjet have a big R D dept?
Legal Different legalities of different countries some stricter than others...
Environment carbon offsetting, what is their CSR policy?
Remember when you are answering that easyjet are a budget airline and so their
competitors are people like Ryan air not Virgin... Hope that helps
