This document provides a project profile for an environmentally controlled poultry farm in Punjab, Pakistan. The farm would house 60,000 broiler birds in controlled sheds to overcome issues like heat stress and disease. The fully automated farm would raise 7 flocks per year over 6 week cycles to be sold to traders and urban markets. With a total investment of Rs. 38.43 million on 3 acres of land, the project is expected to have a payback period of less than one year and return on investment of 37%.
