Current Phase Objective Demonstrate feasibility and viability of simultaneous use of digital radios and Internet as media for disseminating knowledge and achieving learning.
Schedule December, 2003: Acquire equipment and test for usability January, 2003 (1 st  half) : Deploy the equipment and on-site readiness checks January, 2003 (2 nd  half): Conduct 3 pilot course on Telecenter management
