This document outlines a plan to integrate radio and internet technologies to provide distance learning opportunities in Tanzania. The plan aims to demonstrate the feasibility of using digital radios and the internet simultaneously to disseminate educational content to learners regardless of their physical location or socioeconomic status. Key participants include Tanzanian government agencies and UNESCO, with an initial pilot testing the delivery of telecenter management courses beginning in December 2003.
