 Telecommunications services
 Internet access
 Internal connections other than basic
maintenance
 Basic maintenance of internal connections
E-Rate – Eligibility
 Discounts range from 20%-90% of the
cost of eligible services
 Depends on level of poverty and
urban/rural status
