•Network Rail: Programme Management of the £1.8m budget for full NDC to NDC operational transfer, [support] new NDC design, build & fit out, new Warehouse Management system implementation, depot consolidations, DHL site decommission
•National Grid: Large scale TUPE transfer, fleet procurement, implementation of [new] Target Operating Model, take-on of 2 x warehousing operations
•Network Rail: Implementation of the Road Haulage Planning Centre contract for Networks Rails ‘heavy’ product movements nationwide
•Support of large tender responses & customer presentations; engaging as far ‘upstream’ in the process as possible
•Delivery of successful WRAP renewal bid management of the resulting implementation project, including new NDC, Call Centre and Outbase network
