THERE ARE MANY I’S IN A TEAM
They are called Individuals
With invaluable and unique technical and people skills
3. APPRECIATE WHO IS IN YOUR TEAM
We now understand that we are all different and that
this is a strength. As a team, difference makes us
stronger.
We now have a vocabulary which, coupled with
better understanding, allows us to travel quickly
together through team tasks.
It gives us a better understanding of how team
members work and how they receive/ interpret
information and communication.

What Is Our Team Synergy
The majority of organisations
and teams measure Key
Performance Indicators, usually
relating to cost, quality and
time to track their
performance.

K
However, these three areas of
performance, are all directly
impacted by how effective your
teamwork is.
In a recent survey*, I asked the
following question.
“Does your team measure the
effectiveness of your teamwork?”
*Survey completed via LinkedIn, in August 2023 based on 292 responses from UK organisations.
They don’t because they don’t
realise that it can be measured.
8 out of 10
teams don’t!

The team submitted their individual responses
to produce the Our Team Synergy Report.
We were then able to review what was
working well and what the team perceived
as areas of challenge.
We then undertook some facilitated sessions
that resulted in practical solutions being
agreed, upon that would overcome our
challenges.
