What is  communication??
COMMUNICATION It means interaction of a person with the others. It is the transaction of ideas , thoughts ,information, facts & values between 2 or more persons.

Non-verbal communication is over-all inevitable in any interaction & hence everywhere the attire , gesture , posture , body language,…..play an important role in creating a background of our image in the minds of others. But if not taken proper care , then they can create blocks / barriers to communication.

Corrective measures … Have positive attitude Be extra cautious Be well-prepared Make use of different medias Don’t use slang , jargons ,or acronyms. Practice proper pronunciation with clear accent Empathize Use positive non-verbal language Use powerful , simple & progress related words
Tips…. Always have a goal for your communication too. Pre-Planning is always beneficial. Never argue  Always motivate  Keep control on your communication Listen attentively Enhance your knowledge Express feelings honestly Disuse communication errors Improve your  tone of voice & vocabulary..

Moral values … They are the things held to be right or wrong ..or.. desirable or undesirable. They are often the complex definitions of right & wrong that are based upon well-defined value system. A value system refers to how an individual/group organize their ethical or ideological values. A well-defined value system is a moral code.
Development process… Mainly through two sources we develop moral values… Learn from others.. Parents School Personal experience Ethics/spiritual books Motivating books of great leaders , etc. Self-conditioning
In a way, all these can be categorized into :- Core values Protected values Created values
Reputation is what people think of us & character is what we know about us. Character building n moral values form d basis of a  persons personality. They act as mirror 2 your inner selves.  so these act as the steps of a ladder called  PERSONALITY.
Character building.. It is the sum total of many qualities which reflect values such as— Ethics Integrity Honesty Conscience Trustworthiness Mental toughness Courage Consistence  loyalty
How to build a strong character???
Rules… Be trustworthy Don’t cheat  Don’t steal Choose friends carefully Don’t try to buy any relation Be with people of highest character Do right thing at the right time Keep your commitments Always give more then what is expected from you
Rules… Find happiness in by helping others  Seek responsibility , not control Learn to maintain confidentiality Keep your conscience alive Don’t pre-judge people Be “yourself” Learn from mistakes –experience is the best teacher Be gentle , calm &polite—make use of soft words—this is the sign of strength. Practice good listening Stay occupied Read a GOOD book every week to enrich your soul.
Conclusion .. The purpose of communication is to get your message across to others clearly and unambiguously.  By this ,you convey your thoughts and ideas effectively. When not successful, the thoughts and ideas that you send do not necessarily reflect your own, causing a communications breakdown and creating roadblocks that stand in the way of your goals – both personally and professionally. To be an effective communicator and to get your point across without misunderstanding and confusion, your goal should be to lessen the frequency of communication problems at each stage of the process with clear, concise, accurate, well-planned communications
Conclusion Character is the rock, on which the whole edifice of  your life is built. You will know that life is full of  ups and downs. It requires a great strength of character to withstand the bumpy road in life. Character is the  cushion that keeps your life to run on even keel, without being bumped off, in pot holes. Absence of character,  even if you have truck of hard currency, will lead to  evil ways, from which it is difficult for you to retrieve yourself.
