RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain a current working knowledge of each carrier website access, quoting requirements,plan portfolio, and other
carrier procedures
• Maintain amicable working relationships with carrier representatives
• Maintain appropriate level of Continuing Education hours required for licensure
• Follow established procedures of file maintenance and office procedures
• Foster and maintain a thorough relationship with specific clients assigned for management,as well as a general

Verify quotes are received timely, quoting census is correct and plans requested have been received
Review Sales Reps notes in file and prepare plan comparisons.
