Standard cost of direct labour is calculated by multiplying the standard labour hour (comprised of both
the manufacturing standard hour and packing standard hour) and standard labour hour rate. Finally, to

calculate the standard cost of overhead, the overhead costs are distributed to different departments say
production department and service department which is called primary distribution and then the costs
of service departments are redistributed to production departments which is called secondary
distribution. From that, the variable and fixed overhead rate is calculated. By multiplying the rates
with the standard labour hour of a product, the fixed and variable overhead can be got. At last,
standard direct material cost, standard direct labour cost and standard overhead cost are added to get
the total standard cost of a product.
In cost variance analysis, the deviation between standard cost and actual cost of a cost element is
calculated. If actual cost is greater than the standard cost, then situation is called unfavourable and if
the actual cost is lower than the standard cost, then the situation is called favourable. By calculating
different cost variances, the company can take precautionary actions.

the person with health concern meets with his or her doctor the illness might already aggravated;
consequently, the health care system through Telehealth provides a quicker and more efficient way on
determining the type and seriousness of the patients and illness without leaving the comfort of their

Rap As An Art Of Racism
All of the rappers shown in the documentary make music and use rap as an art of storytelling and form
of expression of what they have to go through and their struggle in their daily lives. Some of the social
issues and grievances that had been brought up are issues of gun violence, police brutality,
gentrification, economic discrepancy and immigration policies. All of these social issues and
grievances are issues that affected the society, especially those living in the malnourished
neighborhoods featured in the documentary. Some of them talked about how they watched their
friends died in the streets. For example, one of the rappers named YD showed the place where his
friends died. Issues of police brutality brought up so many times, especially in the lyrics written by
N3LL. Plus, Trick Daddy and Uncle Luke shared their experiences with the Overtown riot and how
Miami police officers beat a black businessman and killed him in the process. We can see how each
rapper in this documentary expressed the problems that they faced from police brutality to

Often when the word country is brought up, people think of big trucks, the song Big Green Tractor by
Jason Aldean, taking a four wheeler through the mud, and sometimes even a confederate flag.
However, country can not be bought at a store. It s something to be born with. Country isn t just a
bunch of dumb rednecks, as it is normally associated with. Country runs much deeper. To me, Country
is a way of life that makes yourself work the hardest you can, love the most you can, and create

Mrs Birling changes dramatically in this section because as the inspector starts to question her, her
replies show that she is confident and proud: Yes, we ve done a great deal of useful work in helping
