which we discussed in class. It s a historical fiction because, let s be real, there weren t any flying

inaccurate because the director, Ang Lee, was Taiwanese or wasn t so sure about the concept, so

allies as the Doughboys led by General John Black Jack Pershing against a heavily fortified German

The term culture has many meanings depending on the context in which it is placed. Culture could
mean the way that people have been used to a set system of activities until it becomes a part of their
inheritable knowledge, which they can pass to the next generations. Customs and beliefs can also form
the culture of people who live in a common geographical location or the era in which they are living.
In the corporate world, for example, in an organization, the term culture can refer to as the team spirit

There are many carvings in the Chinese museums, which were done centuries ago. The carvings
showed things like; how the Chinese are people who nurture creativity, and this has explained the
reason for their creativity even in this technological world. Another art invented by the Chinese was
the martial arts. The Chinese are well known for practicing Kung Fu, and it has become a well known
art in the entertainment industry. Kung Fu was invented by copying the attacking techniques of
animals, and the Chinese has used it as an act of self defense to the extent that there are Kung Fu
classes that are taught for a fee.
Up until today, the Chinese still embrace their culture, and little westernization has penetrated into the
Chinese culture.
4.0 Religion
In China, there have been strict laws governing religion, and some of the religions have been declared
illegal. Some of the commonly practiced religions are Catholicism, Protestantism, Islam, and
Buddhism. Apart from the ones mentioned, there are also traditional religions such as Confucianism.
Despite the religious restrictions, the Chinese are believers in supernatural beings and they conserve
their traditional religion. At various times of the year, the Chinese go for pilgrimages to honor their
deities and their children are taught how to worship from when they are in kindergarten.

similar pediatric clinics and percentile ranks for our results will be reported.

Over the past few weeks, we ve had meetings with physicians from Ohio Pediatrics and PriMed. Both
groups have been extremely complimentary of our improved access and quality of care.
I ve asked physicians to give us more clinical information on the referral form so as to allow us to

a fair trial. During the 1930s, America was in a time of very serious segregation. If a black man
supposedly slept with a Southern white women they would be lynched. A specific example of this
would be when the Scottsboro boys were going to jail, a crowd of over 100 people tried to lynch them
(Douglas O. Linder). In the time period, America had many race riots, so this incident would not be
