This document provides an overview of APA style and citations. It discusses the key elements of title pages, in-text citations for sources with one or multiple authors, guidelines for references pages, and differences in PowerPoint presentations. Specific examples are given for citing articles with and without DOIs in references. Students are directed to resources for help with APA style, including the DSC Writing Center, Library, and citation guides on the APA website.

11. A Word About PowerPoint
Title pages and running heads do not work for PowerPoint.
However, the in-text citations are exactly the same, and
you will use a References slide rather than a References
page. The next slide demonstrates.
