In this research work, a novel compact antenna with rectangular slots is presented for radio frequency identification (RFID) handled applications in the ultrahigh frequency (UHF) band that can be manufactured and integrated into RFID readers without difficult. A prototype demonstrating the aforementioned features was constructed and measured. The proposed antenna is fed by 50-Ω coaxial cable and printed on a 1.6mm thick FR4 substrate which has a small size and occupies a volume of 68×66 ×1.6mm . The patch, the feed-line and ground plane are made of PEC (Perfect Electric Conductor) with a thickness of 0.035 mm. Measured results indicate that the proposed antenna has a good impedance matching characteristic ranging from 889 to 939MHz, which covers the USA RFID-band (902–928MHz), the Chinese RFID-operating-band (920–924.5MHz), and the Korea and Japan RFID-band (917–923.5MHz). These results were achieved by the insertion of slots in the compact structure of the antenna. The electromagnetic simulators HFSS (High Frequency structure simulator) and CST (Computer Simulation Technology) microwave studio were used for the design, modeling and simulation of the antenna. The focus of the study of our antenna was on the parameters of return loss, bandwidth, Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR), input impedance and gain.

A triple band modified F-shaped monopole antenna for RFID applicationjournalBEEI
Radio frequency identification (RFID) is a very prominent technology and is used in object-attached identification and tracking tags. In this paper a triple band monopole antenna is designed to work at 2.2-2.6 GHz (lower RFID band), 5.3-6.8 GHz and 8.7-9.5 GHz (upper RFID band) frequency ranges. The antenna design resembles a modified F-shaped radiator and is built on a low cost easily available FR4 dielectric substrate. Initially an F-shaped radiator with partial ground plane is studied which exhibits the operation at 2.6 and 6.5 GHz. Further, modifying this F-shaped radiator exhibits an additional resonance at 9.2 GHz. Fundamental characteristics such as reflection coefficient (S11), radiation pattern and 3D gain have been analyzed and good results have been obtained. Parametric analysis is carried out to fix the optimized antenna dimensions. All the simulations are carried out using the high frequency structure simulator software (HFSS). The antenna structure is easy to design and produce, and ideal for use in RFID applications.document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether to read the document in its entirety.

Antennas used for early portable wireless handheld devices were the so-called whip antennas. The
quarter-wavelength whip antenna was very popular, mostly because it is simple and convenient. It has an Omnidirectional
pattern in the plane of the earth when held upright and a gain satisfying the device’s specifications.
New antenna designs have appeared on radios with lower profile than the whip antenna and without
significantly reducing performance. These include the quarter-wavelength helical antenna and the “stubby”
helical antenna, which is the shortest antenna available. In recent years, the demand for compact handheld
communication devices has grown significantly. Devices smaller than palm size have appeared in the market.
Antenna size is a major factor that limits device miniaturization. In the past few years, new designs based on the
Planar Inverted-F Antenna (PIFA) and Microstrip Antennas (MSA) have been popular for handheld wireless
devices because these antennas have a low profile geometry instead of protruding as most antennas do on
handheld radios. Conventional PIFAs and MSAs are compact, with a length that is approximately a quarter to a
half of the wavelength. These antennas can be further optimized by adding new parameters in the design, such
as strategically shaping the conductive plate, or judiciously locating loads.

Microstrip patch antennas are widely used in modern day communication devices due to their light weight, low cost and ease of fabrication. In this paper, we have designed and fabricated two Microstrip Patch Antennas (slotted-ring and truncated-slotted ring) and array at 2.4 GHz for Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) applications using Computer Simulation Technology, CST. The antenna design consists of rectangular radiating patch on Rogers RT5880 substrate and is excited by using coaxial probe feeding technique. The truncated-slotted ring has been designed on top of the radiating patch to improve bandwidth. The simulation and measurement results of the both antennas are in close agreement with each other. Due to the good agreement of simulation and measurement results of truncated-slotted ring antenna in comparison with slotted-ring antenna, it has been selected for antenna array design. The simulated and measured S11 of truncated-slotted ring antenna shows -21dB and -15.6 dB at 2.4 GHz respectively. Then, the antenna has been formed into 1x4 array in order to observe its beamforming capability. The proposed antenna array is suitable for 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi standard which is proposed to be used for IoT.

Design and optimization of a rectangular microstrip patch antenna for dual-b...IJECEIAES
This paper introduces a new rectangular slot antenna structure based on a simple rectangular shape with two symmetrical rectangular slots on the radiated element. The aim of this work is to design an antenna and enhance it to function in the band (2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz). We formulated the dimensions of the antenna using the transmission line model of the analytical methods and then we optimized these parameters using the CST Microwave Studio simulator. We made changes to two important parameters in our design: the position and width of the slots when the other parameters are kept constant. The resulting antenna provides good adaptation, high gain that achieves 5.96 dBi at 2.45 GHz and 6.491 dBi at 5.8 GHz, good return loss values of -49.859 dB and -34.303 dB for the lower and upper operating frequencies respectively. For radio frequency identification (RFID) implementations, the proposed antenna is ideal, and its main advantage is that it has high gain and is simple to design and fabricate.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
