Conduct research by checking available materials, identifying financial needs, and finding people to help. 3. Examine existing materials and see if they fit the instructional strategy with minor revisions. 4. Arrange or modify existing materials by securing copyrights and editing as needed. 5. Prepare tailor-made materials by formatting guides and modules clearly based on learner needs. 6. Select or prepare learner activities that are individual or group-based and assess achievement of objectives.
