What can you do to round those gaps out? Doesn’t have to be a degree? Role of the instructional/learning strategist – tying in game design, etc. Which are such different skills.You can figure out your trip once you figure out where you’re going…journeys and roadmaps and trips…roadmap – if you have a framework – you’ve got to navigate from someplace.
